1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking). Requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be accepted.
2. Return eligibility conditions
Returned items should be in their original condition (unused, with original packaging where reasonably possible) and include all parts, accessories, and documentation that came with the item.
3. Non-returnable items
At this time, there are no listed non-returnable items. If an item is not eligible for return due to condition or missing components, we will explain the reason during review.
4. How to start a return
Contact us at info@pithfurnish.com (or call +1 509-991-6703) with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We may provide return instructions depending on the item and situation. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
5. Return shipping responsibility
Non-quality returns: If you are returning an item for reasons not related to quality, wrong shipment, or damage, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Quality issue / wrong item / damage: If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, wrong shipment, or shipping damage, the seller covers return shipping or handles it case-by-case as appropriate.
6. Shipping charges and fees
Restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Original shipping charges: Any original shipping charge paid at checkout (e.g., the $12.99 fee for orders under $150) is not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, wrong shipment, or damage.
7. Damaged, defective (DOA), or wrong item claims
Please report delivery damage, wrong items, or items that arrive defective within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos (item condition, packaging, and shipping label). Claims submitted after 48 hours may be harder to verify and may not be accepted.
8. Refund processing timeline
After your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Timing for funds to post may vary by bank or card issuer.
