1. Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.
2. How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship for a flat fee of $12.99.
3. When will my order ship?
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Our cutoff time is 5:00 pm (CST); orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.
4. How long does delivery take after it ships?
Estimated transit time after shipment is 4–8 business days. These are estimates and can vary.
5. Which carriers do you use?
We may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers, depending on destination and package details.
6. Will I get tracking?
When available, tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after carrier pickup.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Before shipment: You may request cancellation or a change, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after delivery.
8. What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
9. Who pays for return shipping?
Non-quality returns: Buyer pays return shipping.
Quality issues / wrong item / damage: Seller covers return shipping or handles it case-by-case as appropriate after review.
10. Are original shipping charges refunded?
Original shipping charges (including the $12.99 fee for orders under $150) are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, wrong shipment, or damage.
11. How quickly are refunds processed?
After approval, refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method when possible.
12. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review and assist.
13. Do you charge sales tax at checkout?
No. Our product prices are tax-inclusive, and we do not add additional tax at checkout.
