1. What this limited warranty covers
This limited warranty addresses issues where an item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, subject to the reporting requirements below. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or changes caused by improper care are not covered.
2. DOA / delivery damage claim window
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective on arrival (DOA), or incorrect. Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be harder to verify and may not be accepted.
3. How to submit a warranty request
Email info@pithfurnish.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We may request additional details to evaluate the claim.
4. Possible resolutions
After review, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which can include replacement parts, an exchange, a return for refund, or another solution depending on the situation. Remedies are determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitations
This is a limited warranty and is provided to the extent permitted by law. Any implied warranties are limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
