Cancellation Policy

1. How to request a cancellation

To request a cancellation, email info@pithfurnish.com or call +1 509-991-6703 as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Cancellations before shipment

If your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status (including whether it is already being prepared for shipment).

3. Cancellations after shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

4. Refund timing for approved cancellations

If a pre-shipment cancellation is approved, any resulting refund is processed within 10 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method when possible.
