2. What to include for faster help

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of your request. If you are reporting a delivery issue (damage, wrong item, missing parts), attach clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Cancellation requests

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Requests made before shipment may be possible but are not guaranteed and depend on the order’s processing status. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

4. Return and refund questions

If you want to start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
